Cooking - You'll be preparing fresh tagliatelle and agnollotti right from scratch, using the finest semolina flour and fresh Hunter Valley eggs. Eating - While you're cleaning the dough off your hands, we'll cook your fresh pasta along with some simple sauces, and you'll finish the afternoon feasting on the pasta YOU have created.
