Your corporate off-shore reef fishing charter departs from Sydney Harbour in the early hours of the morning. You will be travelling out into the wide waters onboard a twin-engine 16m ocean-going power catamaran with a cruising speed of 15 knots and a high degree of stability. Where we go depends very much on the weather and where we think there is the best chance of catching fish. However we do prefer to fish in deep waters which have been subject to less fishing pressure than the reefs that are close to shore. Our boat has enough space and equipment for 20 people to fish at any one time. We provide all fishing gear and baits. Fishing reels are custom-made winches which are fixed to the rails of the boat and these are very practical for fishing in deep waters. Bait up, cast your line and anticipate that bite. Sea kayaking is a fantastic way to explore the pristine Mornington Peninsula coastline. This is the perfect place to launch a kayak and glide across the translucent blue of Port Phillip Bay. Your kayak tour begins with a briefing covering terminology, equipment use, skills and safety procedures. Our highly experienced guides also educate kayakers on the marine life and points of interest likely to be encountered. Your guide will lead you via the picturesque hilltop mansions, paddle past timeless sailing boats and marinas, serene bays and inlets, sharing expert knowledge on the history and typography of the area. The kayak tour is around 14kms which takes approximately 2 hours to paddle with a break for a coffee or perhaps an ice cream on the beach.
