Our one day tofusion vegetarian cooking workshops in Sydney are designed to teach you the art of creating tasty, beautiful tofu dishes with ease and convenience.With this experience tofu-sceptics will be amazed by the versatility of tofu to be used in a range of healthy and tasty cuisines. We will prepare four delicious savoury dishes and two indulgent desserts. All the dishes on the menu use readily available tofu or other soy products. These classes are intimate, "hands on" and include a full meal with complimentary wine tasting. All you need to do is bring yourself and an apron as everything is provided for you on the day. A copy of all the recipes used is given to you at the end of the class, you will also get to take home a sample of okara to make the trendy okara sweets and meals at home straight away.
