The Doodles Creek dressings have an 18 month shelf-life and do not need to be refrigerated once opened. They do however require a very good shake to mix all the ingredients before use. Balsamic Dressing The sweetness from the balsamic vinegar mixed with extra virgin olive oil and polyunsaturated sunflower oil gives this dressing a lighter softer finish. It is perfect for a salad of mixed green leaves and herbs and is great accompanying lighter meats like chicken and fish.
