Gentle on eyes!
The Bausch and Lomb PureVision Spheric Diopter has helped me improve my eye sight. It has been gentle on my eyes. I have only worn them for a month as it is only safe to wear them for a period of 30 days.

PureVision Equals Pure Torture.

Expensive and painful to wear!
I normally wear acuvue color contacts or Bausch and lomb soflens 38s. But my eye doctor suggested to try soft purevision lenses because they let more oxygen in, blahblah and are better for the eyes.

Bausch and Lomb Purevision: Seeing in a different light
I am now in my forties and have been wearing contacts since I was 13. Way back then, I was wearing hard lenses which required a great deal of tolerance and care. When I was 13, I possessed a great deal of tolerance (anything to avoid glasses!). My correction is distance, no astigmatism.

Exceptional Vision, Very Good Comfort

Hate these lenses!
These lenses aren't even comfortable right out of the package. I don't see how you can even use a fresh pair for a full week...let alone a month. They always look like they have particles on them even after cleaning and rinsing, rinsing, rinsing!

Better than Night & Day
Focus Night & Day contacts had some sort of patent claim that resulted in them being the only contacts approved by the FDA for 30 day continuous wear.
Apparently that patent issue has been resolved, because Bausch & Lomb Purevision contacts are now another alternative.
