This phone is great for texting, web browsing, email and basically all activities that require a qwerty keypad. Unlike touch phones that i've had previously, there was no confusion on the keyboard. The full keyboard makes it easy for email and SMS, Normal nice Nokia feature which are user friendly and highly customable. The battery doesnt last very long though,
