B3 represents the 3 Basedow brothers from the Barossa who have winemaking in the blood since their German ancestors landed in the region back in 1848. The same attention to detail applies today and the brothers run a virtual winery meaning they source fruit from all over and export the majority of their wines but thankfully for our sake, not all goes overseas. This wine shows a really defined Cabernet character with brambly fruit, cedar, plum and spice on the nose. It’s rich in fruit but soft in tannin and demands to be served with a serious piece of red meat.
