Enjoy a half day abseiling adventure in the great outdoors only a short drive from Sydney on the Central Coast of New South Wales. The abseiling area is set on an easily accessible mountain, with views over Popran Creek. Abseiling is great fun and surprisingly easy. In fact, no experience is necessary and absolutely anyone can do it. To maximise the pleasure and enjoyment of our participants, we practice "challenge by choice" where you control how much of an adventure you wish to undertake. You day will start with a warm welcome and introduction to the days proceedings held in a beautiful honeycomb sandstone overhang cave. After our safety briefing, your guide will train you in all the abseiling techniques you need to know. You then step out onto some small beginners rocks of up to 5m, where you can practice your technique and develop your confidence through a series of easy progress stages. By the end of the session you will be able to comfortably experience lengthy rock face descents and open air decline

Guided horse riding is suitable for riders of all abilities. Glenworth Valley has great views of the New South Wales Central and is only a 1.5 hour drive from Sydney CBD. You’ll have the chance to ride one of the 200 quality horses on offer. Your guide will select the most suitable horse that will cater for the exact needs you may have. Available to you are gentle horses for nervous beginners to more challenging horses for the experienced rider. Individual instruction is given to all riders prior to departure and roving supervisors are on hand to assist riders if required. Guided horse rides are a great option as the guide will be able to give instruction on control and management of your horse before leaving the yard and will then accompany you on your ride. Once on the way you are shown the features of the area while riding and once you feel proficient and confident with your horse you may be able to leave the group and explore the valley by yourself. The thrill of entering a 125 metre long cave and travelling right through the center of a small island is one dive that you will not want to miss. As well as the cave itself, Fish Rock is home to such an amazing array of marine life that you will easily understand how the island came to be named. Enjoy a trial flight in a light aircraft, taking the flight controls in what is an unbelievable experience. Enjoy the views over head of Sydney and the surrounding New South Wales coast.....Start your experience by familiarising yourself with the facilities and chatting to your flight instructor who can answer any questions you may have.Your instructor will guide you through taxing the aircraft as you prepare for takeoff (the instructor will take over for that part).
