Good will buy from DNH again.

Well-mannered people to deal with via email however when there delays , for whatever reason, they do not inform the customer and only respond to emails after repeated requests for contact. Great range of products at great prices and well packaged,but fall down with service and need to pay more attention to this aspect of their business.

I have ordered many times from DNHP and only once experienced a delay, which was a supplier issue. However, they didn't let me know about it until I enquired, but their response was excellent. I will happily shop with them again.

I was fairly upset that the product took some nine days to arrive - unacceptable in our High Tech society and the freight being some $9.00 approx was also unacceptable. I was brought up old school what ever you sold received the highest of service till its end and if a customer Emailed me, no matter what or how upset, a reply that put the customers fears to the top of my service list until it was remedied to the customers satisfaction. Common problem nowadays no one seeks or understands the sale is the common denomiator that opens or closes a Businesses door or it was called Customer Service to Customer Satisfaction Equalls Profitability which equalls Employment which equates to a lot of Personal satisfaction. Hope things improve for your future.

Everything was fine except that on delivery in the UK< I had to pay VAT (which I found acceptable though it hasn't happened in the past) plus a handling charge that made the purchase uneconomical.

I've ordered Musashi from this store around 6 times. The only positive things I can say are it's v. easy to make an order/payment but delivery time & customer service are poor. Main problem: they'll allow you to purchase (and will debit your credit card upfront for) stuff they don't have in stock. Except once, the waiting time has never been under 2 weeks, the longest wait being over 7 weeks. I also once received only 1/2 my order & another time was sent the wrong product.
