I've ordered Musashi from this store around 6 times. The only positive things I can say are it's v. easy to make an order/payment but delivery time & customer service are poor. Main problem: they'll allow you to purchase (and will debit your credit card upfront for) stuff they don't have in stock. Except once, the waiting time has never been under 2 weeks, the longest wait being over 7 weeks. I also once received only 1/2 my order & another time was sent the wrong product.

Received my order today in Richmond, Virgina, no longer than expected considering it's coming from the other side of the worlds, so I'm very happy. My order was all correct and very well packaged, this is the 2nd time I've bought from DNHP and I am very impressed with the service given and in particular the lengthy expiry date on what is clearly new stock (Swisse Ultivite). I will certainly buy from them again in the future. Keep up the good work and attention to customer care
