My only problem was that the box that the Knife came in was slightly damaged by it being tightly packed on top of the pan. This is at least the third time that I have shopped at Everten Online. On every occasion, the products have been delivered quickly (faster than I had anticipated this time) - there have been absolutely no problems, and they are quick and easy to deal with, and the prices extremely competitive. The site promoted free freight and then they chanrged for it. I made them aware and they advised that the credit would be made. I had to email again for the credit to reimbursed.
