Fairly happy, however I miscalculated the size of the lasagne dish by measuring from inside to inside rather than including the width of the handles and therefore received a smaller dish than I wanted, but accepted it anyway.

Initially was disappointed when discovered item out of stock, but was notified within 24 hrs. that item back in stock. However, price overnight had jumped dramatically. Emailed Everten, said I was unhappy about huge price hike. Reply said it was error, and price immediately adjusted. Then ordered 3 of this item. Wanted to take advantage of Free Shipping for limited time, but couldn't see how to request it, so paid for it, but mentioned problem on order form. Everten was great. Sent email saying they had fully refunded shipping costs onto my card. In fact they also refunded optional insurance fee. Parcel arrival was lightning fast. Will continue to buy from Everten, as they always fix any little glitches, and do it in a pleasant manner. Would highly recommend.

When I have pruchased items the service has been very good. However, I am somewhat frustrated with items being 'Temporarily Unavailable' for lengthy preiods of time.
