I dsicovered the site when I was searching for a hair product I had bought from my hairdresser at an inflated price and was curious just how much it was - Fresh came up as a site when I typed the brand brand name of the product and I was not aware they sold the brand sI buy retail through a major dept store at sdubstantailly cheaper and have been shopping ever since.

I was very pleasantly surprised with the swiftness of postage and the quality of the product. I will shop with this site again as it has a very good product selection, pricing and availability..

Purchasing from Fresh is so easy and if ever I have a question, I know I can call them up and they'll be able to help me. I used to buy from overseas online stores (I was sucked in by the cheap prices) but I was always uneasy about not being able to check on the status of my parcel. But then I discovered Fresh who are just as cheap (or else I get my price match!) Overall, very pleased! I'd recommend it to anyone!

I felt the time it took for product to arrive after I paid was a bit too long. However when the product did arrive it was just what I had ordered and I am pleased with it.

The parcel just took a little longer than expected, and I had to chase it up as it was a gift, but once I received it and saw that it was posted from Hong Kong, that was excusable.

I couldn't get this particular product in the shops. I was so pleased I could get it through Fresh. They were great. I followed up my internet browsing with a call and was delighted that I could speak to someone on the phone. They sent me the usual email confirmation plus an extra followup to make sure I received the info. I was very pleased with the service. It's much better than dealing solely with an internet page. I would recommend them to anyone.

Very easy and I was very happy to be able to purchase the product so inexpensively free shipping and quick delivery as previously I had not been able to find these products on a site other than the Fresh website, which does not ship internationally. I love Fresh products after having used them while living in the UK and thought I would not be able to purchase them in Australia so am thrilled that I have found a website that can ship the product here and the price for the products is very reasonable.
