Have used 'Fresh' 5 or 6 times to order products and have always been happy with service. Will continue to use this website.

excellent transaction

i have purchased a few times before this order and all items arrived on time neatly packaged and no reminder call, this order was late due to customs. maybe a message that problem was due to customs could have be left on their website or email so you would know delay was out of their hands. i trust merchant which means a lot are helpfull and friendly customer service means a lot too.

I was fairly happy wiht the overall experience, my only negative thought was that I didn't realise I could've become a member before I made the first purchase to receive a discount on that first purchase. But they did send me a free gift which I will give to my Mum as it isn't my style - so I guess that made up for it!

There was a misunderstanding due to Aust Post having no record of the parcel which had been sent. The delay was due to the product having to go through Customs. We weren't aware of this until told by Fresh. We are happy to deal with them in the future.

I am so pleased to have found a great company to deal with to purchase all my perfume and cosmetics. I was so thrilled to receive my last order as I had a free gift included with my purchase. Also not to forget the excellent prices. The loyalty programme is great also as you accumulate points and you also get a 5% discount automatically. All these things make it worthwhile when shopping at FRESH.

I enjoy shopping at Fresh - always reliable and I can generally purchase most items I am looking for.

My last order I had arrange to be delivered to my work address and it was delivered in 7 days and this meant I did not have to pick it up from the post office. I did not have to chase up the order and it is a very convenient and easy way to shop online.

Prices are good but unable to admit to screwing things up to the point of inflicting financial hardship in the process. One order they tried to take payment for 3 times, denied doing it, declined it as the third payment had been declined (by that time they had tried taking almost $2000), didn't send the order, quietly refunded the TWO amounts they took, even though I had told them I still wanted the order so now I have to pay more for it then originally (due to exchange rates changing and prices increasing). The other order was sent to a different customer of a different company and I had to arrange swapping this (via courier) with the other customer (whose order I recieved). If I had to sum up the last two experiences... CRAP!

it is very good to shop at because you follow up with emails if needed with product imformation required if we dont know colors on product information well done will reckomend to friends

The service was found to be very high quality

wanted to send something overseas. The whole order went through, and it wasnt until next day that I received an email stating that due to changes they went doing overseas orders. Surely the website should reflect this .

tried twice to send a present to the UK - no where on the site does it stipulate that you cannot send to England. Noone called or emailed me to advise that it ha dnot occurred - TWICE!

Poor service

I was after Calvin Klein Eternity Summer for Men 2006 Edition, and one of the places where I got some of my things from said they had it in stock, and I ordered it. They said the Eternity Summer actually wasn't in stock and they could try and order it in, and changed the status from in stock to Special Order, and then they took it off their site. I cancelled the order and went searching for it and found a few places that said they have it. Fresh Fragrances and Cosmetics was one of the places that said they have it, and I decided to get it from Fresh. At Fresh Fragrances and Cosmetics there is no order status to tell you about your order, and I had to contact Fresh to see what is happening. I like Fresh Fragrances and Cosmetics with its great range and the rewards. A couple of things that Fresh Fragrances and Cosmetics could do to be better would be: - to have an Order Status on the site and send an Email, of each status change on your order, to tell you what is happening with your order, instead of us having to contact Fresh to find out. - When you shop by brand name under Select a brand from the pull-down menu, to list who the product is for - Men, Women, Unisex.

Liked what I purchased and recieved in resonable time.

So far I have been very impressed by the service provided. However I did notice that when I wanted to place my last order the product, Elizabeth Arden Millenium cleanser, wasn't listed on the general product list. But when I went to the re-order section I was able to re-order it from there.

always had good shopping experiences - products arrive well within specified time, usually earlier. No complaints at all. Some products a little more expensive than other on-line shopping but free shipping will sometimes equal out amounts. At times willing to pay extra for the prompt service of Fresh.

Fresh did not have one of the items I required, so I ordered from an Aussie site and the item arrived - posted from singapore two days before the Fresh item arrived from Auckland.
