Excellent experience. I made an error with my online order and mixed up my delivery and billing addresses. I sent an email (on a Saturday night) to have the error fixed, expecting to hear back on Monday. i received the amendment notification on the Saturday night. All goods were delivered on Wednesday. Brilliant service.

Product was very poor quality for the price that I paid. The product was half the price on other sites however they had sold out and could only find stock at Latest Buy. Ordering and shipping was no problem however and the product arrived in a timely fashion and was in good order. I would search other sites first next time due to inflated prices.

The actual shopping experience was no problem. I object to paying $176 for a device and then receiving immediately after delivery an email to customers offering special discounts for various items including the one I had just purchased ... reduced to $99.00!!!

i had a phoncecall to say that part of my order was unavailable, but they were expecting a shipment in and I would have the entire order by Xmas. When I had nothing by the 23, I contacted and wsa told that the order was still pending as they were waiting for me to get back to them. By then, the unavailable item was available but they had sold out of the other items. so i got half an order in the end. not very happy really.
