I found there were many products at good prices. It was an easy shop as there was plenty of info and pics. I was amazed at how quickly my products were shipped. Excellent. I would like items more categorized eg mens gifts ordered into gadgets,sexy,toys...as there is so much stuff it took ages to browse. Other similar overseas sites such as firebox[?] do this. Only problem was that when I received the Slippies it stated that the slippies were NOT FOR WALKING AROUND IN. Which would have been better knowing about this in the information about the product BEFORE I purchased them, as I had to return them, as they did not suit the purpose. I was happy with the service from LatestBuy, both in completing my orders and Customer Service in dealing with an enquiry, but I could have bought the Rainbow item much cheaper at my local K-Mart (which I discovered after buying from LatestBuy). When I ordered the Zap Cap (along with other items), the box arrived supposedly containing the Zap Cap, but the box was empty. A single phone call had the item dispatched that day (with another order I had placed). The telephone assistant was apologetic and very curteous. I will continue to shop at this site!
