Pleasant and easy

I was most impressed that I received my order so quickly. Ordered on Monday and received on Wednesday to the front door.

My one & only gripe is that the item I purchased wasn't delivered to the "Delivery Address" but to my personal address which caused a delay in my being able to pick it up. Why ask for a delivery address if you're not going to use it? But I'll assume that this is a small "one off" human error. It won't stop me using the site again although if it were to happen again I wouldn't use the site again. Cheers

Excellent value

The Brugo mug didn't live up to its hype. The instructions for use were inadequate and I worked out how to use it through trial and error (and a few spills!). Most importantly, it did not live up to its promise of keeping coffee hot in the lower part of the mug and at premium drinking temperature in the upper part. The coffee did not remain hot even for 20 mins. The only reason I bought the mug was to have hot tea and coffee while travelling. So it was not worth the $32.90.

My shopping experience was effortless and hassle free. I would shop on this site in the future.

Everything was fine.

Not impressed , after receiveng my turntable , i noticed that the door hinge on top of the item was broken , ( not good for a brand new item )and the operator i called , tried to convince me to keep the item , because it didn't affect the operation. If i had kept it , the door would have broken off all together , after a few uses.

Super fast shipping and a great variety of goodies. I just find the website a bit long winded when searching for goods.
