Overall my shopping experience was good, although I did expect a quicker delivery of the product ordered, given the charge. As I'm severely disabled and unable to respond when an item is delivered despite being at home, it would be much easier for me (and I imagine others like me) if there was a space (or even better could be registered permanently on our account page) stating this fact and giving permission for the courier to leave it rather than to have to arrange re-delivery.

I enjoyed shopping at LatestBuy and found their products fun and interesting. Unfortunately they did not pack the products in the box well enough. They did not put any padding in and the products were thrown around and the packing became dented. I would like to shop there again, but I am concerned about the way they pack their orders.
