I cannot believe the speed of delivery. Ordered the Buffalo Cloudstation on Thursday lunch time, received it in Alice Springs (a location typically horrible for delivery time) the next day before lunch! Incredible. The price was also very cheap, much cheaper than I could fine this device elsewhere. They were also the only place I could fine who had the device in stock ready to go, all others had a greater lead time due to lack of stock. mWave are going to have to be my new go to shop for tech.

I justt purchases another item (hard drive) from Mwave. As usual, they had a great price, great service - delivering in a matter of a few days and have bPay. I have been a satisfied customer for a number of years. Why buy your technology anywhere else?

I ordered all the parts for a new computer on Sunday evening. They arrived at my door in Newcastle on Thursday morning, in perfect condition and exactly as described in the online store. I was kept well informed by email of the progress of my payment and the processing of my order. An email and the on-line tracking kept me informed of when my order would arrive.
My only concern was that the online chat never worked, but that wasn't a real problem.
I will definitely shop here again

Ordered a hard hard disk drive on thursday afternoon at 2.30pm and arrived in Melbourne the following morning at 8am. This was my 3rd order from the company and I am so impressed with the speed of delivery and the specials offered I will continue to order again and again.

All the items I have bought from Mwave have been as advertised, excellent price and delivery beyond belief. The last item I ordered (a 42" TV)at 4:00pm on a Monday arrived at my door (in Mudgee) the next day at 3:00pm, fantastic. Thanks Mwave for a superb on-line store.

I've bought goods from MWave now for over six months now and I have to say that these guys have been sensational with their delivery arrangements and their customer service. I had one package that was sent to the wrong state but MWave's customer support had that sorted out very quickly, and without any extra costs. Will definitely continue doing business with them.

Have bought multiple parts for my new PC I am currently building from Mwave.com.au they are wonderful and they always keep me coming back for more with their fast delivery. Only thing I didn't like was that they had no XFX HD 6970's in stock at their store or suppliers :( Going to have to buy a EVGA GTX 570 now.

I bought 2 radeon 6770's and got delivery. delivery through registered post is a big plus(AaE).
I rang the call centre to check on stock and they are very helpful, accurate and concise.
price is good, website is easy to use and gives relevant info.
only thing i dont like is the surcharge.

I just realised that my total spend with MWave just passed $5000 since 2009 and not one problem. That's 21 orders including 2 custom PCs, memory, hdds, video cards, mice, from $7 to $2000. I've picked up from the store and used AAE to have things delivered. The two PCs, just on 18 months old, have never had a problem. Very happy with the service from Mwave.com.au. Their website clearly shows stock availability and item descriptions are very detailed. They have the best online processing system I have seen on any website with a lot of detail which shows each step of the ordering process and status. Deliveries are timely and for instock items only take 1-2 days.

Wow! I ordered my item at 2:47pm, I received an email at 5:05pm saying it had been dispatched! It arrived in Brisbane delivered to me at 11am next day. I have never experienced delivery like that, and I shop on-line all the time. Keep up that service and you've got me coming back.

Good products a fairly reasonable dispatch time from warehouse although sometimes can take 3 days before dispatach after payment has cleared. Their shipping is incredibly overpriced. Generaly double what other people charge. The delivery company is the worst courier i have ever ealt with and mwave loses all interest after dispatch. I would highly suggest use other shops first as far better service and better shipping times and prices

I have been a faithful consumer of MWave for many years now. I have purchased individual items to full systems and never been disappointed with the quality, service or customer support. I can rely on supply of quality parts ( I have never had any returns or complaints) whether it was a barebones system/upgrade or top of line build. I still utilise the first system built over 3yrs ago without a hitch. Would (and do) strongly recommend them to anyone who asks.

Site is alright if it has the lowest price. i would not recomment it otherwise. No help with products, the store seems to be manned by warehouse workers.
I called to check compatability of a mainboard and video card to be told "we dont have any techs here"
If you know what you want, try the site. if you want help dont bother.

Just received and test drove my very well priced XBOX 360 Saitek Aviator Flight Stick. Delivery was next day 8:30 AM in perfect condition. Love the quick loading website. Easy to use. Ordering and tracking was very easy with helpful emails at each step. Also received the newsletter which will not go in the junk folder. Already planning my next order. Mwave is now on my preferred online retailer list.

I use this store for most of my IT shopping (unless I can find a significantly cheaper item elsewhere). Everything is always perfect. I Recently ordered a hard drive that broke shortly after and they replaced it straight away. They also did next day delivery on another item.

I ordered a Gamecom 777 headset on the Friday 12th of March. The product was out of stock and I was expecting it to be a couple of weeks before they'd get it in. But on the Thursday the 18th I received an email from Mwave informing me they had shipped it, and the next day I received it. Perfect condition.

I recently ordered an OEM copy of Windows 7. Mwave quite rightly asked for proof that I was a systems builder which I supplied. As this looked as if it may delay delivery somewhat I expressed concern that I only had 5 days left to update from the Windows 7 Evaluation Copy.. Mwave, without any further prompting, dispatched the installation disc by air freight and I received it the next day. Congratulations on such fine service.
