I have used MWave almost 10 times in the last 2 years, for purchases ranging from $20 total to an entire PC system. Almost every time I have received the product promptly- the one criticism I have is that I have noticed they have a tendency to list products as "In Stock" when they are actually not, although this has led to only minor delays in receiving the goods.

I ordered the product around 3pm on one day and received the item at 9.30am next day. And I live in regional Qld. Great service!!

Purchased a Belkin Wireless Router/Modem from online store as the website said the product was in stock. Two days later the item was listed as Back Order????? Rang the Call Centre and was not given a clear answer to as why they had to order the product in from their supplier. I paid for Next day delivery because I thought I would receive the item within days. Turned out 16 days later I finally received the item with no explanation as to why it took so long. Happy with item but service poor......

The only issue I encountered was with the shipping provider Toll - they failed to deliver the package on the 2 days I was at home and only attempted on the one day I was unavailable. Apparently the driver was delayed for the first two days and hence unable to deliver. Redelivery was OK though.

Still waiting on product, had to ring & than enquire on line before getting any answers regarding where this product was, maybe it should show on the order when you enquire if it is out of stock or whatever, not just leaving it sit there as processing for a week & a half.

I found the freight rate sto be very high comparedto the rate i paid to send back some goods, timing wwas the same. I am a bit suspicious of the re stocking fee on returned goods when they are received in Fit for purpose condition as was the case

Most merchant sites are pretty straightforward these days, but occasionally you find a site where a little extra effort has been put in to ensure better shopping experience. Mwave is one of these sites. Good customer experience, led through and being assured every step of the way that your purchase will proceed properly. Prices are also good. Looking forward to shopping here again. (p.s. I would issue the survey review a bit sooner as the customer experience is fresher in mind)
