I have been using mwave for the last 18 months or more and can say nothing but good things about their service. Your prices and ordering system are excellent. However, you need to have a system where items that are in stock are sent out and items on backorder are sent later when they arrive at your store. i ordered a software product and was told i wasn't able to if i didn't purchase hardware. on their website, there were similar items which stipulated unavailable unless hardware purchases were made with the order. therefore i selected the one that didn't have this stipulation only to be emailed that i couldn't order unless purchased with hardware. unacceptable!
