Original printer ordered was not in stock and discontinued, although marked as in stock at the time of online purchase. CRM system was slow. Total time from original order to receipt of similar printer offered was aproximately 3 weeks, not the 3 to 4 days that I was expecting. Lack of responsive CRM is a destinctive problem.

Yes and No.... I have made a number of purchases and been very happy with the products and the prices. The only reason I say No is that it occured to me after I purchased the laptop that should anything go wrong it could be a lengthy process sending it backwards and forwards...I will continue to buy other smaller items though.

Recently I returned to defective items and found that, it would help if Shopping Square had a phone number for customer support ,instead of having to contact them via support ticket system.I find that you have to wait a couple of days to get a reply when you send them a message about an order or if you want to return a order for warranty service.I find that the system Shopping Square has developed is more for them than for the consumer.

The Order Dispatch is having some problem. The delay happened at Order dispatching to Post. Otherwise it was good to purchase from shopping square. Product wise, quality was less then expected. In picture it looks very nice but in reality they look cheap. Same experience with both the product i bought from shopping square.

I found the staff very helpful and quick with answering any questions I had Delivery was very good although I was not sure how long it would take but only a few days,was delivered on Friday

The only comment I would like to make is about the spelling errors and incorrect grammar used on the site. For example on the product I purchased it had this line "(This is Australian model, convertor is needed to purchase by themselves to use this product)". I had to email and ask for clarification before I purchased. I got a response fairly quickly and then purchased the product. Very happy otherwise.
