Over 2 years I have purchased 15 to 20 items with only two problems. 1 I wanted two items and I hit the continue button before I realized I had not altered the quantity. There is no way of recovering and I had to put in anather orde which resulted in higher postage. I an now more careful. 2 I recieved a faulty Sadisk 4G SD card. Shopping square did not reply to my e-mail regarding the gaurantee. I also contacted Sandisk direct but their method of dealing with claims is complicated enough to not bother as it did not seem to be worth the trouble . However I dont buy Sandisk products. Despite these two incidents I am happy to continue dealing with them.

I purchase online through ShoppingSquare.com for convenience and to take advantage of the well priced deals. I was delivered the wrong product. This detracts from the whole experience and is particularly painful. The matter seems to be being dealt with, however I would have thought there would be checking procedures in place to ensure this type of thing does not happen. If my matter is dealt adequately I would make a similar purchase in future.

I was disappointed that the item was advertised for a reduced price but stock was exhausted and without being told I ordered the product but had to pay the increased price as you were out of stock. As a goodwill gesture I expected that the original advertised price (on the day that I ordered) should have been honoured, especially since I purchased two of the items at that time.
