Minor purchase-Positiv

Had to wait too long for product to be despatched once purchased for not real apparent reason when asked.

Product selection online was easy, pricing of the item purchased was excellent. Paid by B-Pay and thought the time between payment and despatch was too long (about 5 days). We presumed goods would be received much earlier. Apart from this, and knowing better next time, I think we'll be back.

Very happy with all my purchases and speed of delivery - just dissappointed with lack of reply to email about a 8g SD card I ordered in error and wanted to exchange for 2 x 4g at my own expense for postage. Gave the 8g card away and re ordered 2 x 2g cards.

Time before posting was not as fast as expected

The only thing I didn't like about the shopping experience was having the invoice dated from the day I placed the order over the internet (a Saturday). The order didn't actually ship until the tuesday and since the warranty started on the date of the invoice I think it should be ship date even though I didn;t actually get the goods till the following week

The goods arrived on time OK, BUT the box seal was opened & even the plastic bags inside were opened. I believe its a faulty returned item. NOT NEW.I emailed them & they said they open for checking purpose.Rubbish, They NEVER have on any other items I have got. Tried it & it does NOT WORK..Here we go.......

Swift response to my purchase re verification email. Freight of product was on time and well packaged. I am very happy with the quality of the product. Shopping Square will certainly have my custom again.

The digital photo frame I purchaed was DOA. Too much like hard work having to repackage it and send it back and to get properly reimbursed for postage and packaging (never really did - too hard to argue the point via text on a trouble ticket - might be a deliberate tactic). Can't contact except for online trouble ticket - too impersonal - not worth arguing the point via text, but unlikely to repeat the process where I consider the item is too high a risk. Service person wanted me to send back the DOA item at MY cost intially, until I pointed out that was probably not good customer relations for a DOA device. Not a really good idea to have CSRs hit customers with that if you want repeat business and instill customer confidence in your support.

I have shopped here a number of times and found the experience to be great.

After enquiries re fittings for peripheral connections,then ordering, the product (computer) arrived in timely manner (after build and test). Am still installing my equipment and specific programs, but so far am very pleased with the performance of the unit.
