Very happy with service this time. Prior purchase was very slow to be delivered but this time very quick.

Had to wait a while for item to ship not happy as b/day was misse d- paid with cc so should have been instant

upon arrival, I found that the media recorder had a loose screw floating around inside that may have happened in transit, but upon inspection, I found it did not belong anywhere thus assuming it was accidentally dropped when installing the hard drive. Further inspection of the contents showed that after the unit had the hard drive installed and was placed back in the packing, the instruction booklet was folded in half which would not have been a problem, except that the driver CD was also in the same condition thus broken. Hopefully all this has been sorted out when the drive was installed to see if it was working and I will not need to use it. Outside of these 2 incidents, I am very pleased with another purchase from a wonderful online shop.

I thought it took a long time to dispatch the item I purchased - over a week. And then it took a while for it to be delivered but I realise that is out of your hands. Why aren't you able to dispatch items on the day or day after purchase? I thinking waiting 2 weeks for an item is too long.

The search function could be improved. Else easy to follow web site.

Other than not being able to track the progress of the order once it was dispatched from the merchant, (could not find the courier company's website on the internet)my shopping experience was much better than I expected. Good overall but the delivery should use overnight courier for a quick delivery.The Austalia Post is little bit slow.
