Responses to initial enquiry regarding availability were prompt and once purchased the order was received within two days. An email was also sent to advise the order was despatched so at all times I was kept aware of the progress of my order.

Everything is good except that tax invoice is provided in a bad form that is hard to print it out, should have tax invoice in pdf or MS word format so customers can keep a copy and print it out for tax purposes.

I got what I expected but the box for my Lego Lambo was quite badly damaged (crushed, and covered unnecessary tape which did more damage when being removed

Easy to do, good details on products on website and reasonable photos of product however I have seen better photos.

The product was in good order & as expected, altho the freight prices are way too high. When concidering a lot of products advertised & then adding the freight, I can buy the same item at our local shops at the same price.

The ordering process was easy enough, the emails to confirm the order, payment process and shipping was quick but over a week after the shipping email I still haven't received the goods as yet.

Easy process to find what you want and also easy transaction

After my purchase was delivered not working I had to pay registered mail costs to send back. I have already paid postage and handling and will never purchase anything from this place again. I expected the product I purchased to be working and not faulty so therefore was prepared to pay postage costs, but if the product is not working I do not feel I should have to pay "registered Postage costs"

Good. The price of the product was good the delivery was fast, the packaging was a bit lax as the hdd was not tight in the box and insome cases may have damaged the unit although I have not tested it as yet

the data traveler arrived by regular post in a regular envelope.icannot see how you can justify $5.99 postage when it would have cost 50 cents in real terms.it is clearly obvious there is price gauging in postage.

Shopping Square is a very frustrating experience. On the one hand, the product range and prices are excellent but on the other hand there is the ridiculous delivery service which is expensive and is rarely delivered to Cairns within 12 days!! I would love to become an operations manager for this company, they need a good shake up, all other aspects of their service delivery are great, they just can't deliver the goods when it comes to.....delivering the goods! I have spent $1000's with this lot!

took 8-9 days to get here, which seemed a bit long. the eparcel tracker had nothing in between "received at ?campbellwell centre or wherever it went first" and then nothing till the day before it arrived wherein it stated - "received noosaville centre.' otherwise v happy with product, price, service - all good

While prices are good, check the cost of shipping as it was somewhat expensive

expected delivery timeframe was not clearly indicated. It took a little longer than expected for the product to be delivered but if this was known upfront then my perception of the shopping experience would have been better. Apart from this all else went well.
