Good price products but freight is outrageous. $14 for two small items that came in an ordinary envelope. I would rather pay more for the product and not get ripped off with postage

I would not use Shopping Square again. I tried to by a video camera and was then told they were discontinued 3 days after I'd paid for it. I am still waiting to get my money back, 11 days later and it seems no one is willing to help me in the customer support team. I've been very frustrated with the level of service that they provide - they never responded to my emails about my issues and there is no phone number to call if you do want to speak with someone.

Very easy to find products and the prices were outstanding.

Goods were well packed and as ordered.Was able to contact couriers re delivery as we are in a regional area. Goods were received within a week after payment (incl weekend)

Buying procedure too confusing Email address refused could not arrange payment.Sent cheque for payment which was returned.next thing Iwas advised my account was open how come when my EMAIL WAS NOT ACCEPTED after so many attempts.??.After this confusion every thing was OK..

Easy purchase at a great price with really fast delivery (ordered on Wednesday morning and the camera arrived on Friday afternoon).

I purchased a digital camera 3 weeks before. There was no USB cable available in the box (to download photos). I still haven't used my camera caz I can not download any of the photos from my camera. I have been told that they are looking into the matter. Now it's been 2 weeks since I have lodged my complaint. But no response. Be aware of this while buying anything with SS.

I thought that the postage took to long over a week from order to despatch

Did not receive a reply to my email requesting assistance for the return of a product (2GB Skandisk compact Flash card) for credit, which I had ordered incorrectly, and subsequent order of the correct product, i.e. Toshiba 4GB SDHC card. To not receive any reply ( yes or no ) is disappointing.

postage and packing charge for the goods to be posted in a envelope and being unable to track the order was to say the least excessive. Also the previous rambo flash drive came with attached cord and these didn't

Website is very good and easy to navigate. The only negative was an unexpected delay from the date of purchase to when I received notification of item being shipped. This seemed to take longer than I was expecting.
