Easy to use...

I needed the monitor urgently and had to wait for over a week. In business this delay would make me re-consider any urgent purchases. I would expect delivery in three working days.

Prices are great - and delivery is very fast - love the fact that you receive an email at every single stage of the order/delivery.

Making the purchase was easy, then the trouble began. It failed to arrive. I raised a query and was promised it would be sent on Mon/Tue of the following week. Still nothing. I raised more queries. No explanation. I got angry and raised more queries. No response to my queries, no reply at all, and no Sat Nav. In the end, out of desperation, I requested a refund and the cancellation of my order. This has been a dreadful experience, and one that I will not repeat. Next time, I will walk into a shop that physically has the item in stock, and will buy from there.

Good website and easy purchase

The camera was received just fine but it took too long in 10 days to arrive. Apart from that unexplained situation everyting else was fine.

My second very good experience with them - keep it up.

The only bad thing is the camera came with an illegal charger and an illegal mains adapter. there are big fines for this in Australia and the company should not sell illegal products. I am debating whether to take legal action or not.

very good item & postage, would have liked information to the whereabouts i could recieve spare parts from. would have perferred the item hidden when posted (cardboard box), personal preference! overall will shop again........

The package box was a bit dented when it arrived, but the camera itself was fine.

The product as advertised promised a level of performance that it was not capable of. I queried this with the vendor and was advised that it could be returned at my expense plus a $10 penalty. The balance of cost to go towards another purchase. Given their high handling and shipping costs I decided that this was unacceptable. I am no longer a customer of Shopping Square.

I find the site very easy to navigate around. I also found top quality goods with the cheapest prices as i couldn't beat the prices on any other website

The Treasure Bag I received was full of rubbish and I cannot see how they say its worth $195.00 because I think it was worth no more than about $25.00/$30.00 at the most.

You can not phone this company and they do not respond to emails. I was notified my item was shippied (from Sydney to Sydney) still waiting after 11 days but order was placed 18 days ago. Can not track item as the tracking number provided by this shipper is not valid. repeated emails still no reply.

i am very pleased as i not only buy for myself but several people at work whom do not have a computer and they to are very pleased with you and will continue to shop with you.

it was ok just that the items in the mystery box was no list to explain what the were eg 2 ac chargers but to what. We personally will not be using anytgin that was in the box
