Excellent - I trust the accuracy of information on the website, and the descriptions of products, especially those with which I am not familiar. In my later middle age (78), I am buying kitchen items I have often desired but never been able to afford until recently, and am particularly pleased with some of my purchases - Scanpan, Le Chasseur and Lagouile. I do not watch reality cooking shows, but have a genuine interest in sustainable living and cooking from our garden. Your discounts are amazing, and I appreciate the easy navigation of the website, your exenplary service, and the fact that I am no longer hostage to City shopping at DJs for quality goods.

I have been shopping with Everten for many years and had no problem. I must say that I find the new system cumbersome and difficult, which is very unfortunate. So much so, that I have now started shopping with a competitor as well, ONLY because it is much easier to navigate their website and shopping process.
