Very good. Just one problem was they send the wrong item. I ordered highball glasses and they sent flutes. I spoke to them by phone and all was sorted out well. I had initially ordered a 15cm knife incorrectly on my part. I emailed Everten and told them I wanted a 20cm knife. The change and price adjustment were handled seamlessly. I am now in the market for the appropriate "steel" to keep this knife sharpened and have been told that an F. Dick fine steel is the appropriate one.
