I have purchased a number of items through Everten and recommended them to many friends who also made successful purchases. The delivery time is excellent and the product is very well priced. The website is clear and concise in product descriptions and navigation around the site by brand or product type is easy. One of the best on-line stores going around!!

Very good - although I would have liked an estimate of when it would arrive after submitting the order - didn't know if it was in stock. At least a statement of whether in stock or not

Web site was easy to use however I hope that your site was secure as I had some Freaudulate transactions on my credit card continuing for 1 week after purchasing my product from your site. Assuming that this was just a coincidence then everything was fine.

I have 2 issues - goods yet to delivered and I ordered a Shun sharpener and while the info on the site states replacement blades can be purchased, Everten appear not to stock them and didn't offer to order them for me when I sent an email query (its a bit difficult for me to ring as I live in the Solomon Islands - goods are supposed to be delivered to Adelaide

If there was one thing that could be done would be the ability to select and compare products of differing brands against one another.

Excellent people to deal with, for instance we originally ordered & paid online for the Scanpan Impact series of saucepans, however when we had a closer look we noticed they had glass lids,we didn't want glass lids so we contacted Everten told them out problem, they changed the order to the Fusion Product that had steel lids without hesitation

I googled the item I was looking for and found that Everten stocked the item. The item was easy to find on Everten's website and the process to complete the order was easy. I had the item the next working day, which was unexpected. The item arrived in good condition and was well packaged.

The delivery time stated 3-10 days. I received my package in two days, so you exceed my expetations. (and exceeding expectations in this day and age is not easy). Very happy with the quality of the product it is exactly what was described online, and so much cheaper than in Myers.

I also shopped with another on line shop for a similar product, they sent me an email to let me know the order had been recieved and dispatched, this is greatly appreciated as at least i knew they had recieved the order, a follow up would have been good from Everton.

Very happy with website. Also, when your service team was contacted with regard to questions that I had, the response was unbelievably prompt. I have only one problem. I used the dish for the first time the other day on the stove and part of the handle chipped a little and was extremely hot compared to the other one, which was very disappointing. I was going to contact you regarding that but haven't had the opportunity until now. Could you let me know that it it definately safe to use in oven, because from my short experience with cooking in it - it wasn't and that was only on the stove top! Am a little concerned! Ta
