After waiting a week i hadn't received the product so i rang them. They told me that they were waiting for the stock to arrive and that it would be another week. I thought that a phone call or email from them letting me know what was happening would have helped. Not overly impressed with the service. I was charged for the product straight away though. Unfortunately they do not inform you on the the website that the product is out of stock/unavailable, add to this when you track the progress of the order there is no mention that it is on back order.
