Peter at eJeweller was fantastic. I contacted Peter to ask him to deliver my watch to a different address to what I had originally entered when I placed the order. Peter was great and sent the watch to the correct address in 2 days after the order was placed which was fantastic and 5 days earlier than the expected delivery time. I'd highly recommend eJeweller to anyone and will definitely shop there again! The watch I bought was $60 cheaper on eJewller than retail shops and even duty free prices! Cheers

The item had been discontinued but I was advised of this very quickly and alternatives full and appropriately explored. Even thought the transaction could not proceed I was impressed with the efficiency and honesty of this outlet and would have no hesitation in dealing with them again in the future and recommending them to others.
