I was really impressed by the customer service provided by Mobile-mate. I originally ordered some accessories for the wrong type of phone. I wrote to Mobile-mate thinking they had sent me the wrong items, but they very politely informed me that I had ordered the wrong items. They were very friendly, and they sent me the cases I wanted right away and happily refunded me for my incorrect order. They were always fast, polite, friendly and their products have been good. Highly recommended!!

I would like to say that I was very satisfied with the service and speed of this company - I accidently ordered the wrong case without realising, and they were very helpful in helping me sort it out and order the right one. I ordered a leather pouch for my new HTC Wildfire to give it some protection. The pouch arrived within 1 day, and it seems to be pretty good quality. Cost was pretty reasonable compared to some of the shops I've been to. Overall, a good find, I will get some other cases here too.
