Fantastic online store. Great range, good prices and prompt delivery. What more could you ask for? Have made several purchases through these guys from a couple hundred dollars right up to a couple thousand dollars and found I always got the same level of service and respect no mater how much or little I was ordering. Page has been added to Favourites and have recommended them to a friend who also had a really good experience which has made me look like a super star too! Love it!

I use this store for most of my IT shopping (unless I can find a significantly cheaper item elsewhere). Everything is always perfect. I Recently ordered a hard drive that broke shortly after and they replaced it straight away. They also did next day delivery on another item.

I ordered a Gamecom 777 headset on the Friday 12th of March. The product was out of stock and I was expecting it to be a couple of weeks before they'd get it in. But on the Thursday the 18th I received an email from Mwave informing me they had shipped it, and the next day I received it. Perfect condition. The online store seemed a bit cluttered but the ordering process was easy. I have already sung your praises to friends and family, and I will definitely be buying from you in the future.

I recently ordered an OEM copy of Windows 7. Mwave quite rightly asked for proof that I was a systems builder which I supplied. As this looked as if it may delay delivery somewhat I expressed concern that I only had 5 days left to update from the Windows 7 Evaluation Copy.. Mwave, without any further prompting, dispatched the installation disc by air freight and I received it the next day. Congratulations on such fine service.

Ordered a projector over the weekend, paid via Bpay, shipped Wednesday, recieve in Perth by 10am Thursday. Great service. Other online stores could learn from Mwave.

I ordered a Logitech iPod dock on the Saturday 19th December fearing I was too late for a pre-Christmas delivery. The order was processed and dispatched on Monday 21st (the next working day) and delivered to rural NSW at noon on Tuesday, 22nd. That is the best possible service. The website is bright and easy to use, the price was great, the checkout quick and the package arrived in good condition. Can't get better than that.

Their prices are reasonable and generally the customer service is quite good. I had a problem with the shipping which came late but overall I was quite satisfied. Pickup is excellent. I've ordered several high price items from them already.

Good informative website, order to delivery less than 24 hrs.

This is the reason i shop online,i called into the local computer store for a price on this product(still waiting)I found Mwave surfing the web and couldn't believe the price and reasonable postage rates. Very quick delivery will definately use again.

I have recently purchased a fairly high end gaming machine from MWAVE after some recommendations. I must say, from start to delivery of the box, their service and attention to detail has been astounding. My only gripe is that some options arent always available when "customising PC", but overall the choice available is good. Their customer service, I found, was great with order modifications being allowed and very fast responses via email. Good prices. Computer is up and running and awesome A+++

I ordered a product for the first time, I am very happy with the service I received from MWave. THe customer support is really helpful and the delivery was really quick, I received it in two days. Yes the product was in stock but still the service is prompt. Keep up the good work guys.

I have ordered a couple of items from Mwave and I have received great service, it seems their website has been updated to include more detailed description and updates on your order. Shopping on their website is easy and great.

It was brilliant service that i received. delivery was only overnight even thou i was excepting the product in 3 to 5 days. Will diffently being using and recommending Mwave again.

It was a very easy experience. The items arrived much sooner than expected and I was delighted with the outcome. But I must admit that I was very reluctant to shop at mwave.com.au because I found some blogs which give them a very bad review. It just goes to show that if you get a poor reputation it can take a very, very long time to shake it off.

I was disappointed to find that the LAN adapter that was sent was not a genuine Nintendo product. There was nothing on the mwave website to indicate that it was an unofficial lookalike product.

Delivery took a bit long

The service was prompt but the stock levels were incorrect--the product I ordered is no longer in production, but Mwave still advertised it as 'currently in stock' or 'available to order.'

reasonable experience

I have bought many things from Mwave over the years, for both work and home. Their sale items are usually excellent value and they have been excellent too when I've had a fault/problem. Freight charges are wonderfully realistic too which is a rare pleasure these days. HOWEVER... (there's alway a however), if it's not actually in stock (ignore what the website says), you are left totally in the dark to wonder what's gone wrong. This is their one GREAT failing. Overall, a pretty good mob though.

Ordered external enclosure, hard drive and eSata card on Wednesday night, goods received Monday morning in perfect condition. Only criticism offered, no follow up email with tracking numbers as expected, and order status currently states 'Processed, Not Shipped'! Other than that, I'd be happy to order from them again!! Price and delivery excellent.

Easy selection greate price

Overall OK. However the one criticism is that I was not contacted (via email or SMS as was indicated on their website) when the goods were ready for delivery. I had to ring them to find out if it was ready - not so good.
