Delivered the wrong shoes (Melbourne Australia). Customer service did not reply to email for several days and then demanded a photo. Again, after several days, replied that they would refund my payment in 5-10 days. No response to my wish to have the correct shoes delivered or what to do with the shoes they sent. Nearly all of my payment was refunded 8 days later.
If they don,t get it right the first time - they are impossible to deal with!!
