I purchased a Lancome foundation but the case does not look like the one in Lancome offical web site pictures. The foundation case has many scraches on it, I wonder if they sell used case to me. It's not look like new and not look like a genuine product. The genuine Lacome case has a logo on the side, the one I received has logo in the middle. Maybe it's not brand new genuine product.

I have used this site many times and have never had a problem - the delivery times are terrific and when I have made inquiries regarding items not stocked they have replied quickly and within weeks the items were added to their inventry. Great savings and service.

I ordered few times in Strawberrynet. I am quite happy with the delivery. The products are exactly what i ordered. I just wonder, are they authentic? I am happy with the packages.

I have been using this company for nearly 10 years now and have NEVER had a problem. My items are always well packaged and arrive 3-4 days after ordering.

I really like this site. Everything is well-packed, customer service is pretty good (had some problems with payment but it was solved quite easy), and they have the best prices. I'm satisfied :-)

I am a VIP member. My orders total AU$10k in 10 months. I find their products to be genuine. I also order a lot of natural products (Decleor/Dr Hauschka). Both manufacturing and expiry dates indicate the products are new. 2 packages out of 60 didn't arrived. I got refund for one (3 weeks to resolve) and they reshipped the other (5 weeks to resolve). I agree their communication is VERY poor. This is not to say they are ripping you off. You just have to be VERY patient when things go wrong.

i used to love this site. i bought 10 items from them and the last 3 items are not real brands;-( the quality is low and the package is different from genuine items;-( thats all from make up section but i cant complain about perfumes! the return policy is bad! very unfair! they should start working on their policy to please customers!

The site is a bit clunky to search and browse but the prices are good and delivery was very fast. I bought perfume and will shop with them again.

I've ordered from this store about 4 times now. They sell genuine fragrances only, which is comforting to know. They always have a huge range at great prices, as well as being quite generous with freebies. For example, yesterday I made my fourth order for perfumes at unbelievable prices and I will be receiving free a Max Factor Lipfinity lipstick and a Stila lipstick, worth almost $30 together. Not too shabby!

I have ordered from this site over 30 times and I have never had an issue with 1. the products delivered, and 2. the speed of service. The goods are always well packaged

poor website to navigate, took about 5 days to reply to my email then about 10 days to deliver was disappointed with them
