I ordered yesterday afternoon and the product was delivered to me here, a semi-rural area 48 kilometres from Brisbane, this morning. Just exceptional. All online retailers should use you as their model. Congratulations also to your carrier!

Tassietek sold me self stock software not intended for sale and refused to replace or refund. They do not know their legal obligations relative to providing a retail product let alone have an understanding of customer service. Don?t be misled by the web site, Tassietek are registered as sole trader business, based on their behaviour I can only assume that they do not have the financial capacity to provide a refund if they sell defective goods.

I bought a Lacie Hard Drive from Tassietek yesterday at 3:30pm, I got to work this morning at 8:30 and it was already on my desk. For this level of service the shipping was cheap. That is what I call customer service !

I was happy with the overall experience. I was glad to get the 1.3% discount because I did a direct deposit. The packaging was fascinating -- a great big box with the box containing the Canon CLI-8 Photo Value Pack surrounded by air bags filling a box about 4 times the size of the actual Canon pack.

I noticed on the delivery note that the address showed NSW whereas we are in QLD. It got here OK but please check your records - postocde 4562 is definitely not in NSW!
