Ordered a mobile online, easy enough, money debited from account, emails returned all seemingly going well. Phone went missing, zero care from unique mobiles. Eventually had a day of work and had to drive 45 mins to pick up phone. Only response was that it was not there problem. Shame, as the phone was cheap and I do a lot of online shopping
