Cons: Limited functionality. Specifically will not work with Denon's AVR 3808Ci receiver or a HD Tivo.

Pros: Easy to set up, easy to hold, easy to use.
Cons: Too fragile. Replacement procedure took too long.
The Bottom Line: Easy to program, easy to use, receives high grades from the whole family!
