A much needed upgrade to Excel

Pros: Much more intuitive user interface. Larger worksheets. More powerful features (formatting, graphing, data manipulation).

Cons: May require extensive change to macros written in VBA.

The Bottom Line: Many users will not need to upgrade, however with the better UI and the more advanced and powerful features it is worth upgrading.
