The Bottom Line: Overall excellent phone with a mild quirk on earpiece and headset volume settings. Good for World Travelers since can it can accept all 4 GSM frequencies.

V400 is Middle of the Road.

The Bottom Line: This phone is for a laid back person who's life does not revolve around or depend on their cell phone. If it does, you should get a pricier version.
Review: I got my V400 used for $80 from a coworker/friend. For that amount of money, I got a deal. But for those people out there who spent a couple hundred on it, I feel bad. They should have splurged a bit more and gotten the V551.
