The Bottom Line: A little costly, but worth it if you want 1 button operation.

Review: My son and daughter both own a Saeco. They work great but mine was broken and defective when I got it. Saeco has a return policy on paper but unfortunately when you try to return the unit they refuse to send you the return authorization forms...
