The Bottom Line: buy it--your memories will be in pristine HD video, just make sure to budget for extra battery, lenses and blu-ray discs for archiving

Excellent camcorder. Great daylight results

The Bottom Line: A great camcorder for home movies, but not for professionals looking for more manual control and broadcast quality.
Review: This camcorder is excellent. It captures very life like daylight footage, and, as long as you use Twilight or Portrait mode, relatively noise free low light images. Noise only starts appearing in low light if you keep it in Auto mode.
