Good Noise Canceling , Great Acoustics

The Bottom Line: Great noise cancel great price! Can't go wrong with these NC headphones from Audio Technica!
Review: This is the 2nd pair of noise-cancelling headphones. I have also have a pair of JVC Noise cancels prior to this one. They were cheap... about 40 bucks and had good sound but some weird clicking took over on the left side so i decided to get a better...

Everyone is comparing this to Bose, well I tried on the Bose headset while at the department store and I thought they sounded great as well but never tried them side by side.
But what is hilarious is when you compare these to those cheapo...
