The Bottom Line: If you have pets and are tired of pet hair all over your carpets this is the vacuum for you! The price is a steep but worth every penny.
Review: Do you remember how Ralphie felt when he got his BB gun for Christmas; well I felt the same way when my Dyson arrived. But I had a much better experience with my Dyson, than Ralphie did with his BB gun.

The Bottom Line: I wouldn't recommend the DC7 or DC14 to anyone purely due to the ratcheting noise.

The Bottom Line: Overall an excellent product. If you are looking for a vacuum that has great suction and is easy to maintain, don't hesitate to spend the extra dollars on the Dyson.
