Biggest piece of crap I have ever used

Date of Review: Oct 22, 2007

I've been using this piece of junk for 18 months and have finally thrown it out. I prayed every time I used it that it wouldnt break down, jam or print dodgy.

I've had the service technician out 4 times during the warranty period (1 Year) and he has pulled the thing apart each time. A new photo conductor unit, refusing to print, multiple jams that require a screw driver to fix, ink cartridges than need to be taken out an put back in on a regular basis so they work. Way too many moving parts in this thing!

Just bought a HP 2600n and feel more confident that I will get reliable print. So far so good! My stress levels have diminished
