Kodak EasyShare C330 Digital Camera

We purchased this camera as a reasonably priced option for our daughter to take simple digital pictures. The results have not met even those simple expectations. The camera consumes batteries to the point where the lens will freeze on shutdown, in the protruded position, or one picture might be taken before freezing. The long lag between pictures is absurd and should never have passed design requirements. I'm amazed this product hasn't been recalled.
