Lexmark MFP-X3470 All-In-One InkJet Printer

It worked well for 9 months until a cheap plastic switch broke that made it state the cover was open when it was not.It would not work like in this state and the only way I could turn it off was by unplugging it. I e-mailed to lexmark-no response. On an open forum, others had same complaint. I was able to fix it for a while by taking it apart and wedging tape where the switch was. I am buying a new printer but it will not be a lexmark. Keep away from this x3470. The printer also would tell me that it was out of ink when it was not. I would print until it actually ran out of ink which was quite some time passed when the machine stated that I was out.
