Fantastic but Fragile...

The Bottom Line: Would buy another one if there was a way to protect it when it falls on our concrete floors.
This remote has a sleek, modern look and is super easy to use and program! (We had it programmed to control a high tech projector setup, surround sound system, satellite box and multiple gaming consoles). I never understood why we needed some fancy, expensive universal remote control but after a few days of using the Harmony One I never wanted to go back to 5 separate controllers again! To switch from say watching a movie to watching TV, you just press a single button on the LCD screen and it turns the device on, switches the input and sound. Amazing. It also has a touch sensitive back lit feature that is genius...every remote should have this! Just pick up the remote and the screen and buttons light up so you can see what you're pressing, even during a dark movie!
We never had a problem with it until it fell off the couch and on to our concrete floor!!! The screen got an internal crack though it continued to work for a few weeks before it finally gave out.
We'd buy another one in a heartbeat if we could find some sort of protective sleeve to keep from having the same problem but this is by far the greatest remote ever!
