Not So Good

The Bottom Line: Purchase only if you get a really good price. $100 is way too much money to spend on these. $30 would be a good price I wouldn't spend much more.
I like many others received these as a replacement for the older model when the head band broke. This replacement was very cool of Logitech to do (Tech support gets an A+). I was very excited at first because these are much lighter weight and don't cause the ear fatigue of the older model. But because of constant drop out even when at close range (in hand or in back pack) they have been driving me nuts. They also do not have the long range reception of the older model I would say they work for 20 feet at best: line of sight, 10 feet: moving from room to room. Plus getting them paired up can be a major hassle and sometimes when they do pair up the headphones will just shut off for no reason.
One feature that I miss is that the older model would pair up with Logitech's USB computer transmitter and/or home audio transmitter. This is a downer for me because I use both; luckily I have a back up pair of the older model headphones.
Over all these are okay and I will continue to use for now. I will never go back to wired headphones but I may soon be in the market for another brand. Defective... maybe, pain in the butt... definitely.
