Logitech Z-2300 2 Speakers

Got these for my 12-year-old son (and myself).

The only complaint I ever saw on any critic/customer review was that the midrange on this system is inadequate.

Obviously I'm not an audiophile, but here's what I find:

When I follow the manufacturer's instructions for setup, and sit at my desk for listening, the highs are crisp and clear, the bass is all that the other online/print reviews claim, ........ and the midrange isn't completely full.

HOWEVER, when I get up and move around the house, the midrange shows up. With reinforcements.

You math guys can argue over it, but it works.

Moral: get up.
