Oddly fun.

The Bottom Line: Fun in a very weird way.
We love katamari is a sequel to Katamari Damacy. I had never heard of either game, but read some reviews and decided to try it. I got the game off of ebay at Christmas time. My husband and I played it a few months ago for the first time. It s really funny.
The object of the game is to roll things up. Like one scene may be set in a kids bedroom. You start by rolling up small things like erasers and paper clips and then move onto larger things like pencils and decks of cards. Eventually your ball gets bigger and you can roll up bigger and bigger things like dogs and benches and cars and houses.
It s a really weird concept, and just listening to the description, I wouldn t think that it would be fun, but it is.
It s non-violent which is a plus for anybody with kids, and it gets more and more challenging. Eventually you have to roll up the sun.
The main character is a king and he can get really wordy sometimes. He s funny in the beginning, but after a while you just want to make him shutup. But he s not the main object of the game; so, that s ok.
The game cost us about $10 and was worth it. It s something that non-complex to figure out and even my mom can play it.
It also gets really funny to see what gets rolled up.
