Nintendo DS Lite Console

Pros:  Easy to use, the screen is protected when closed.

Cons:  The separate pen could become lost.

The Bottom Line:  I would recommend this for children up to age 8.  It seems after this they are only interested in PSP.

My 5 year old son loves this.  At first he found it a little hard to use because he can't read the  screen instructions but after sitting with him for a while he has mastered it now.  He absolutely  loves it!!!  It has been great for us parents too, particularly on long car trips, he is happy to sit and play for hours.  We have to be careful to limit his use though because it is very addictive.  He has 3 games, Lego Indiana Jones, Spore and Planet Rescue. He is begging us for Spyro for his birthday.
